You don't have to start from a blank page. Automations come with a library of examples, in the language of your account.
Automation library
In Automations, Browse the library holds flows that send a message by themselves: a booking reminder, arrival info, a question afterwards, a reply to a cancellation or a shipping update. Customer questions are answered by the AI employee. Each one shows what your customer receives.
Use adds the flow to your account, switched off so you can review it and make changes in the builder. Then switch it on, ideally in test mode for 1 number first.
Through the assistant
You can also ask the assistant to find a flow that fits. It shows it to you first and only sets it up when you tap Do it.
Worth knowing: if a flow opens with a message to your customer, you need an approved template for it first. The flow shows you which one.
